Panettone Artigianale


Our Home Made Panettone is born from the joint effort of Chefs Savio Perna and Carmine Di Nardi of our Starred Restaurant Li Galli.

The typical dessert of the Christmas period created using the best raw materials and perfected through the study of a soft and fragrant dough, stuffed with small slices of candied fruits from our Region such as the citrus fruits typical of the Amalfi Coast.

The "life" of our leavened products is about 30 days since, being artisanal products, do not contain any preservatives. It is advisable to keep them in a cool and dry place and at room temperature for 24 hours prior to consumption.
